Jamie Lapaglia, RN, CCM
Founder & Chief Clarity Officer
Jamie has two decades of senior leadership experience in Workers’ Compensation, Disability, and Auto Injury. Before founding Claim Clarity in 2023, Jamie worked at ODG by MCG, leading the development and implementation of strategic client solutions and services for the industry’s leading organizations. Prior to ODG, Jamie led clinical programs and integration services at Aetna and Broadspire.
Jamie is an industry thought leader with numerous published articles and white papers. He regularly speaks at industry conferences to promote adoption of data-driven solutions and the use of evidence-based treatment approaches. Combining his industry experience in utilization and case management with artificial intelligence, Jamie has developed Claim Clarity as the industry’s first truly automated decision support system to improve workers’ compensation claim outcomes.
Jamie is a registered nurse, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, a private research university, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.A.
Gerard Rey Echiverri
Head of Technology
Rey is a seasoned full-stack developer, entrepreneur, and technology leader who has worked with a diverse array of startups, established companies, and international clients.
Rey began his career in software development and honed his skills across the entire development stack, from front-end design to back-end architecture.
In 2010, Rey co-founded a software development agency, Nerubia, serving clients from around the globe with tailor-made solutions. Since then Rey has led teams of engineers across a variety of ventures. Most recently, as Head of Technology at a prominent marketing agency, he shaped the organization’s technology strategy to drive innovation.
Rey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of San Carlos, in Cebu City, Philippines.
